        Lock Media Services, Inc

        Responsible for managing the development and production of multi-media programs and eLearning content for the US Courts, USDA and several other government and commercial clients, including:

        • Navy Sustainment - AHLTA Resource Center

          Responsible for coordinating and developing the Flash based multi-media objects within the web based delivery model. The multimedia demo features audio voice recordings, closed captioning, and screen shots. Once all of the lessons have been built, they are put into a Learning Management style interface. All content is compliant with the Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM 1.2), standard industry practice, and is compliant with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. § 794d, as amended.

        • RITPO CCQAS Awareness Tool

          Supported the development of an advanced multimedia program that highlights the functional capabilities of the Centralized Credentials Quality Assurance System (CCQAS) program. This work was completed in Flash and is used both within the Military Health System (MHS) as well as for industry and training purposes as a standalone program.

        • The Defense Medical Human Resource System - internet (DMHRSi) Upgrade and Enhancements

          Assisted Apptis in the completion of five computer-based training (CBT) courses for the Resource Information Technology Program Office (RITPO) Defense Medical Human Resources System – internet (DMHRSi) program. Storyboards were updated and used to produce the final CBTs in Adobe Flash, incorporating professional audio narration.

        • Patient Safety Reporting (PSR) - Computer Based Training Development

          Assisted the TRICARE Dental Program (TDP) in the completion of seven CBT lessons for the RITPO Patient Safety Reporting (PSR) application. The multimedia lessons featured audio voice recordings, closed captioning, and simulated computer application animation. All lessons were coded to 508 standards and were SCORM compliant, and integrated seamlessly into the MHS Learning Management System.

        • US Federal Court System - Electronic Official Personnel Folder (eOPF)

          Assisted Learning Systems International (LSI) in the completion of eleven CBT lessons for the US Federal Court Human Resources Office. The multimedia lessons featured audio voice recordings, closed captioning, and simulated computer application animation. All lessons were coded to 508 standards and were SCORM compliant, and integrated seamlessly into the US Courts Learning Management System. The CBT was wrapped in a custom multimedia player designed specifically for the learning audience and integrated several teaching technologies and agency specific graphics.

        • Department of Homeland Security / Trailways – Passenger Safety Video

          Assisted in the completion of a 2 minute passenger safety video to be utilized on all Trailways buses throughout the United States. This project was joint effort funded under the Department of Homeland Security to help with passenger awareness on simulated safety and security threats and responses. All video and animations were created in HD and output for both DVD and online Flash formats.

        • Other responsibilities including:

          Editing and encoding video content for multimedia presentations in different formats.

          Creating website designs, graphics, logos, illustrations, and Flash animations for e-learning, commercial websites, and print.

          Conversion of e-learning training to desktop standalone exes.

          Recording live video presentations, events and webcasts.

          Audio editing / recording voice-overs, audio enhancements, and sound effects.

          Development of functional multimedia training programs.

          DVD/VHS/CD duplications.

          PAL/NTSC conversions.
